Second Lieutenant Sandy Tsao (pictured here to the left) is another of those kicked out of the US military because of Don't Ask/Don't Tell. She is the woman the President sent a personal note to. I'm still wondering if the President sent a note to any members of Congress asking them to repeal DADT.
