Here we are at Monday of the Holy Week, when it is believed that the cleansing of the temple in the Holy City of Jerusalem is thought to have taken place. This was when Jesus overturned the tables of the moneychangers, saying to them: “It is written, 'My house shall be called a house of prayer'; But you make it a den of robbers". (Matthew: 21:13)As we continue our journey, let us look ahead to the cross. “We may not know, we cannot tell, what pains He had to bear. But we believe it was for us, He hung and suffered there.”
